My stay at the Roma Luxus Hotel in Rome had its ups and downs. while the location was fantastic for exploring, I had several issues that held back the experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the air conditioning and WiFi problems really disrupted my comfort. Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 6.5 stars.
Rooms

The room was average-sized but quite dark and warm. plus, the air conditioning didn't work properly. I found the lack of English-speaking channels frustrating, and the balcony view was hard to access without a boost. However, the bed was comfortable.
Service

The staff was quite attentive and tried to assist us. they helped with directions and even let me check in early after a long journey. That said, I felt like some problems, especially regarding WiFi connectivity, weren't resolved adequately.

The location was perfect. I was close to all the key sights in Rome, including the Forum and Colosseum, yet the neighborhood was quiet, making it easier to relax after a day of exploring.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a nice selection of pastries, meats, and hot drinks. I enjoyed the choices, but the dining experience felt a bit lackluster for a hotel that claims to be 5-star.

The hotel offered nice amenities like room service and housekeeping. unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable and the air conditioning was ineffective during my stay.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Roma Luxus Hotel, but it ended up being quite a mixed bag. The location was fantastic and made exploring the city so easy, but the room I stayed in had a few downsides like inadequate lighting and an air conditioner issue. The breakfast was decent, but there were definitely areas for improvement. Overall, it could be better but was not a total disaster.
Rooms

The room was a bit dark with not much sunlight, and I found the mattress thin and uncomfortable. Also, the air conditioning was too loud for my taste, which made sleeping difficult.
Service

While some staff were friendly, I encountered instances of confusion and a lack of helpfulness, particularly when ordering breakfast.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to key sites and perfect for walking around to see everything without hassle.

Breakfast was a mixed experience; the assortment of meats and pastries was nice, but I had trouble getting a simple request for a cappuccino with low-fat milk, which added to my frustration.
Facilities

The hotel's facilities were okay but had issues like no coffee machine in the room and some disorganized features around the hotel that made navigation tricky.

I had a pretty enjoyable stay at the Roma Luxus Hotel, thanks to its excellent location and friendly staff. However, the room could definitely use some updates, as I faced issues with the air conditioning and shower. Overall, it's a charming boutique hotel, but it felt more like a strong 4-star experience rather than a 5-star one.
Rooms

The room I had was spacious and clean, but a bit smaller than I expected. The air conditioning didn't work properly, which was disappointing. There was limited wardrobe space, and the bathroom could really use some light improvements.

The location was perfect for seeing the sights, just a short walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. I loved being able to access many attractions on foot, and there were good dining options nearby.

Breakfast was decent with a variety of options, though I found it a bit repetitive. They offered traditional choices like eggs and pastries, but I wish there were more unique items. The outdoor terrace for breakfast was a nice touch, though.

The hotel had some nice amenities, including a mini spa with a whirlpool bath and sauna. However, some facilities could use upgrades, like improving the bathroom setup and possibly adding more variety to the breakfast offerings.
